SAN FRANCISCO

We decided to go to SF on Monday- it was supposed to be for a few hours, eat lunch and head for home. Well, we spent all day! It was a lot of fun.

We walked down to Ghirardelli Square because none of us have ever been there. They had a lot of free samples! The fam was all over that! This is us! Emiko is not in the picture because she took it. Thanks Em!

Mari hiding behind a tree- We had a lot of fun posing for our pictures. It was quite entertaining

Me, Mom, and Mari on the Trolley. We rode it from one end to the other. It was pretty cool.

At the end of the Trolley ride from Fisherman's Wharf to downtown SF we had to get off and wait in line to just get back on and ride the trolley back to Pier 39. The line seemed really long so Mari, Nikki, and I didn't want to just wait in line. We thought we could start walking up the hill and catch another trolley and beat the rest to Pier 39. Well, walking up SF hills is pretty fun. It is quite the workout. We made it about 11 blocks (probably 6 or 7 up and the rest down) to part of China Town. Diantha, Mom, and Emiko told the trolley guy that we were trying to catch one so when they got to us he yelled out our names and actually had saved some space for us. Apparently he went past quite a few stops and told them he was full and made room for us. So we didn't beat them to Pier 39 but it was fun to walk through SF.
Us and the Trolley guy!! Thanks
