GOTTA LOVE IT

Jayden had a freshman volleyball tournament this weekend in Delta. We all journeyed our way to Delta at 7 AM just to watch our loved Jayden. It was a lot of fun. We all left our husbands and most of our children home. Man, was that nice!! Mari, Taylor, and I drove down from Centerville/Bountiful. Emiko, Nikki, April and Breanna (April's friend- she is a fun girl!) came as well from Redmond/Richfield. Mom and Dad also came on their way back from California.
Jayden did an awesome job!! It was so much fun to go watch her play. She sure does love the sport! Her team did pretty good too. They made it past the first round in a single elimination tournament. The second team they played, Delta, it was pretty close. They did well. It sure was nerve racking sitting in the bleacher's knowing that I can't go play. Mari and I caught ourselves yelling tip and all of that fun stuff just out of habit. I am sure Jay's coaches were wondering who we were and where we even came from!!
April and Breanna decided to take a little nap. Watching volleyball is very tiring. It can make you feel like you were the one playing sometimes!

What a great pass!! I wonder where she gets her good form from??

Here is a little video clip of her playing. She does pretty good. This is for you Diantha, since you weren't able to be there. We missed you!!

Good Job Jay!

Aren't you guys glad that we didn't have to wear shorts like that! I sure am--my butt in a pair of those--Whoa! Even when it was at its finest--no way!
