Wow! What a week!! There was a volleyball camp at Viewmont High School (supposedly known for their volleyball) this week. I invited Jayden and April (two of my nieces) up for the camp. Jayden came up from Richfield, Utah. April came up from Redmond, Utah. I did not realize what it would take to have a teenager and almost teenager in my house for a week. Wow, they eat a lot of food!! I think they really enjoyed it. All April could say after the first day was "That was Awesome!!". The camp was Monday through thursday, I think I and the rest of them were beat by the end of the week. Thanks to Jayden for taking some time and helping April and Taylor before their first day and showing them some minor things about volleyball!! After volleyball on Monday, Mari and I took all the kids swimming at the Bountiful Rec Center. They really enjoyed that, especially the big yellow slide.
Taylor, Camden, and Anthony. What some cute kids!!
Jayden
Wednesday and Thursday we just got the water slide out and filled the swimming pool and just let the kids have fun while we worked on our tans. I love days that you can just play in the water and then lay out to dry. I think the kids have more fun on the slide without the water on it. We untied our dog, Duke, and he had a blast with the water. He would run and jump in the pool and then try to run up the slide. It was fun to watch.
